Return & Exchange Policy
Here at Tribe Bicycle Co. we love our customers and fellow riders. Your happiness with our bikes gives us a sense of pride and purpose. By purchasing one of our bicycle models we truly believe you have joined our Tribe and become part of the team. We’re human too though, and we understand that mistakes, product exchanges, and returns happen.
Should you be unsatisfied with your Tribe bicycle we offer all our customers a 7-day return policy. The bicycle can be returned as long as it has not been assembled, ridden, or used in any way shape or form. In order to get a full refund or exchange, we require the bicycle to be sent back and received by us in the same condition prior to purchase and with its original packaging. Proof or purchase is also required.
You, the customer, are responsible for any shipping charges involved with the return or exchange of the product. We do however cover any shipping charges that are a result of an error on our side. If you receive the wrong product or size don’t worry, we’ve got you covered! Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or give us a call (718.316.6410) and we’ll send you the correct product right away and cover your shipping fees.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment shortly after Refund.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if the product is defective, damaged, or if there was an error on our part. Any concerns related to a potential exchange should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. You may also call 718.316.6410 to arrange an exchange.
Unless it was an error on our side, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
